Whom do You Trust?

As we sink more deeply still into the darkest and most confusing abyss that both the Church and the world have ever had the misfortune of straying into, the question of who is worthy of trust has become more pressing than ever. Before matters become even more bewildering, therefore, we must have a list in mind of whose wisdom to seek out moving forward. For not one of us can figure it all out on our own.

Of course, not even anyone on this “list” I will present below should be considered an oracle — each is a fallible person, and I’m sure that each one is mistaken on some points. But when their views on some matter converge and form a consensus, then we would be foolish to reject that consensus.

But first, let us consider what and whom we should not trust.

At this point it has become rather obvious that the majority of mainstream voices promoting the mainstream narrative are unworthy of trust.  As Our Lady just allegedly said to Valeria Copponi, “Do not trust the great [among you]: whether they be politicians or lesser figures, you have no need of their vain counsel.” Indeed, many of the great, rich, and powerful of the world are acting in pure malice or at least with ulterior motives — and when their counsel flatly contradicts Faith, Morals, or Reason (as it usually does), we certainly must reject it, no matter how much civil disobedience this rejection requires. Those among the elite who are not acting out of malice are usually at the minimum acting out of a completely twisted Utilitarian notion of the good – an approach that will never actually be conducive to the good itself, and will instead only ruin lives, souls, families, and societies.  As Our Lady also just allegedly said to Gisella Cardia, “there are so many pointless deaths in the world, because you are bowing your heads to the world’s elite.”

Let us get more specific, and be brutally honest in so doing: when considering which public figures to trust, do not forget that if someone is foolish enough to fail to realize that there are two, and only two, sexes/genders, and that one’s sex/gender cannot change, then that person is foolish enough to believe anything. If one is immoral enough to support the legality of killing of unborn children, then he is immoral enough to support anything. If a Catholic is sufficiently unfaithful to Scriptural and Magisterial teaching to suppose that homosexuality itself may be in any way endorsed, then that Catholic is unfaithful enough to endorse any sin or disorder. And if a priest or Bishop will endorse one heresy, he may at some point endorse any heresy.

But it is time to get more specific still. While I avoid (and recommend that others avoid) naming names — calumny and detraction are grave sins and we mustn’t risk committing them — occasionally names must be named, and there is no risk of calumny or detraction when our criticism applies to what those whom we criticize openly admit to doing, saying, or believing. I will take just two examples of individuals/groups unworthy of trust: one from the Church, and one from the secular world, to better illustrate the admonitions I present in this post.

The Untrustworthy: Dr. Fauci

Today, one can actually see bumper stickers that read, “In Dr. Fauci we trust.” (May God have mercy on us.) Indeed, recent polls have indicated that Fauci is among the most trusted men, if not the most trusted man, in America. People seem to want him to be the one making the nation’s most important decisions, no matter how manifestly absurd his statements are – contrary to both Faith and Reason. Each semester, when teaching my undergraduates about Plato’s Republic, I discuss the perennial philosophical wisdom which rightly holds that experts (e.g. scientists) have expertise in means, not in ends; and means must always advise – only ends may direct. If only I had known in the past that medical tyranny would soon seek to override everything else, I would have been able to make my lectures even more specific.

Just last month, Dr. Fauci announced to the world that (thanks to our new “Catholic” president), America’s abundant riches will be back at work funding abortion around the globe. But this didn’t stop a “Catholic” Jesuit university, Georgetown, from inviting him to speak at a prestigious annual lecture.  Indeed, this happened just yesterday (February 19th); Fauci was interviewed by Father Sheehan. During his talk, Fauci revealed something about himself that we should have known all along: he completely lacks a moral compass. He could not think of a single example over the course of his entire 50+ year medical career wherein his conscience was at odds with anything in his job:

(Note: This is authentic, unedited video of Dr. Fauci and Fr. Sheehan. I excerpted it directly from a conference I was invited to via my PhD studies. Although for some days you likely will not find this footage anywhere else, Georgetown will likely soon themselves post video of the whole lecture, at which point you can see for yourself that any claims that what I’m presenting is “misleading” or “out of context” are false. I am only including a brief excerpt here to ensure I do not run afoul of any copyright or other legal claims.)

But enough about Fauci. I hope that this example will simply illustrate just how much of a crisis of trust we have in the world today, and how utterly dire and essential it is that we not succumb to trusting the untrustworthy in the world.

The Untrustworthy: America Magazine

Let us now move on to an example from the Church of a source of information and opinions completely unworthy of trust: America Magazine (and especially their notorious Editor at Large, the Church’s most well-known promoter of homosexuality, whom I have criticized before).

Just yesterday, as the Jesuit above was interviewing Fauci, America Magazine published an article insisting that vaccinations must be made mandatory for Catholics to return to Mass. Yes, you read that right. This “Catholic” publication is demanding that assisting at the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, which is the source and summit of our lives as Catholics, be subjected to one’s willingness to receive an abortion-tainted vaccine for a disease with a survival rate much higher than the seasonal flu – a vaccine which will not even prevent infection or transmission, but which is only expected to reduce symptoms. (They care not that the Vatican itself – cf. §5 — has insisted that vaccination must be voluntary.) This “Catholic” publication has the audacity to claim that failing to so mandate would be “morally irresponsible.”

I cannot even find the right superlatives to describe the spiritual insanity on full display here. We rightly revere all our ancestors in the Faith who gladly risked life and limb for the Mass, but today so many of our leaders in the Church relegate Christ’s Sacrifice to a position of inferiority beneath the “moral duty” to avoid, at all costs, catching a cold.

“And because iniquity hath abounded, the charity of many shall grow cold. But he that shall persevere to the end, he shall be saved.” Matthew 24

(As a side note, it is interesting that the very day before posting this article I here condemn, America Magazine posted another article about a parish in my own hometown: Albany, New York. Fr. James Martin himself extolled this article on his Twitter account. This parish is – contrary to Canon Law — “run” by a lay-woman, and in the article about it, Canon 517 is quoted but blatantly twisted, contrary to all journalistic principles – inserting bracketed remarks into it, putting a period where none exists, and omitting the clause that made sense of the Canon in question —  to mean the very opposite of what it actually says. Yet another testimony to America Magazine’s complete untrustworthiness.)

Yesterday, America Magazine posted a podcast by the new-age Franciscan priest, Fr. Richard Rohr (who laments that Christians focus on Jesus instead of the “Universal Cosmic Christ”), about how we should give up nothing for Lent. Today, America Magazine published an article entitled “Catholics, must we be so obsessed with Jesus’ death and suffering this Lent?” The utter blasphemy here is enough to make one weep. The author, a Jesuit, recommends the “Stations of Light” instead of the Stations of the Cross. He writes that, in being devoted to Christ’s Passion, “the Catholic Church [is] like some crack squad of crime fighters chalking bodies and detailing every trace of blood.” Let us do reparation for this outrage by dedicating ourselves more than ever this Lent to the Stations of the Cross and to reading, every day, the Hours of the Passion. For indeed, neglect of the Passion of the Christ destroys both the Church and the world. As Jesus said to the Servant of God Luisa Piccarreta:

“With all the good of my Passion, one can see souls who are weak, blind, deaf, mute, crippled – living cadavers, such as to be disgusting – because my Passion is put into oblivion.  My pains, my wounds, my Blood, are strength that removes weaknesses, light that gives sight to the blind, tongue that loosens the tongues and opens the hearing, way that straightens the crippled, life that raises the cadavers.  All the remedies that are needed for the whole of humanity are in my Life and Passion.  But the creature despises the medicine and does not care about the remedies; and this is why one can see, in spite of my Redemption, the state of man perishing, as though affected by an incurable consumption.  But what grieves Me the most is to see religious people who tire themselves out in order to acquire doctrines, speculations, stories – but about my Passion, nothing.  So, many times my Passion is banished from the churches, from the mouths of the priests; therefore, their speech is without light, and the peoples remain more starved than before.” — October 21, 1921

Enough with America Magazine. Each additional moment I consider it is making me more nauseated.

But I hope that these two illustrations will aid in training your intuition to likewise reject — as potentially untrustworthy — anything similar to this spiritually destructive “Catholic” source of news and opinions and this medical “expert” whose real motives are anything but clear. In a word: Does it smell like America Magazine? Steer clear. Does it smell like Dr. Fauci? Do not assume it is in your real best interest, no matter how much apparent “expertise” lies behind the claim.

Now, on to the trustworthy.

I do not want to attempt to present a comprehensive list of all trustworthy persons here. Instead, I will focus on promoting, for now, just a few of our greatest shepherds. The Successors of the Apostles always have been and always will be our primary leaders. You can rest assured that, even if many Bishops have fallen victim to the Great Apostasy and even if many more continue to fall victim (and they will), we will always have enough Good Shepherds around to keep the remnant faithful to Christ.

And I believe that you can also rest assured of the truth of any consensus or near consensus among them on any issue that in any way touches Faith or Morals:

There are, of course, plenty more trustworthy and faithful Bishops out there – do not infer anything from the absence of a name from this list – my aim here is only to present a few to be sure to keep an eye on.

Another Katechon Removed

But I should also note that today, Pope Francis accepted the resignation of Cardinal Sarah. No, Sarah was not “fired,” though it is unfortunate that Francis did not have him stay on longer. Alas, Sarah remains a Prince of the Church, and my hope and prayer is that his exit from his position as Prefect for the Congregation of Divine Worship will now free him to be even more outspoken in defending the truth. Keep a close eye on what he has to say moving forward. (And I also recommend his books).

Let this resignation also serve as yet another reminder to stay awake. The prophetic consensus has always held that the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will soon be attacked like never before. Satan’s minions within the hierarchy will seek to distort it to the point of rendering the Consecration itself invalid. Cardinal Sarah, I believe, was a Katechon (a holy restrainer) against these diabolical efforts. With him no longer serving as the Prefect for the Congregation of Divine Worship, there is no knowing how much longer Satan’s plans will be able to be held at bay.

The True Magisterium

The Antichrist is coming soon. In the coming days I hope to publish a lengthy post with some detailed advice on avoiding his snares (subscribe with your email address on the upper right hand sidebar to be alerted when it is posted). But his tentacles are already spread about the Church and the world. Among his primary objectives? Opposing the True Magisterium. The extreme importance of faithfulness to the True Magisterium has become a clarion call of Heaven’s messages to many living seers, to the point where it is more than safe to say that this call is now a constituent of the Prophetic Consensus. Pedro Regis, Gisella Cardia, Our Lady of Zaro, Luz de Maria. Message after message after message. Clearly, the inclusion of the word “true” implies that discerning what actually is Magisterium has unfortunately become difficult. We can no longer simply trust that our priests, Bishops, and even our Pope, are actually speaking the true Magisterium in their preaching and teaching. But do not take this admonition in the wrong sense. This Heavenly call to “remain faithful to the True Magisterium” does not mean that we must now sift through the actual text of the Magisterial documents themselves (e.g. Vatican II) in order to ascertain which content, within them, is and is not “True” Magisterium. Though the “rad trads” would have you do that, that is not the right approach, and will only lead you to schism (which, along with heresy, is also a mortal sin). Instead, what we must do is heed only what is actually written within the actual text of the actual Magisterial Documents. This requires reading. Above all, read and heed the Bible and the Catechism; if anything contradicts what is clearly contained within these two sources, then reject it, no matter from whence the contradiction comes. This will increasingly require being at odds with more and more priests, Bishops, Conferences of Bishops, and, yes, even the Pope himself in his personal non-Magisterial opinions (e.g. his endorsement of homosexual civil unions). But fear not:

If what Heaven has been warning us about for years now is true – and indeed it is – then we should not have expected anything else. Stay close to the Bishops I listed above (and others like them). Keep listening to Heaven’s Messages. Repent, pray, and read Scripture. God will not leave us as orphans – no, rather, He will only vastly increase His grace in the coming days; in even greater proportion than the corresponding escalation of evil we will witness around us. And He will send The Warning before we are out of options. Remain Faithful. He is near.

Whom do you trust?

Prophecy, the Presidential Inauguration, and What Lies Ahead

Now that Trump is no longer the President of the United States, I should address an elephant in the living room; namely, the many alleged “prophecies” which had assured us that Trump would indeed have a second term, and that he would proceed to root out the corrupt and save America, if not the entire world.

No authentic Catholic prophets gave this prophecy. (A couple alleged Catholic “prophets” did, but none I found authentic did and none we have posted on Countdown to the Kingdom did. Feel free to peruse this blog, and Countdown to the Kingdom, and you will find no mention of any such thing ever posted, nor of any other “Q anon” related theory [and no, we did not delete anything!].) Virtually all of these “prophecies” came from Protestants, some of whom have already repented. Now, I love my Protestant brethren, and I am not claiming that no Protestants receive valid prophecy; I am sure plenty of them do. But, on the other hand, there are reasons why I restrict my considerations to Catholic prophecy (specifically, that subset of Catholic Prophecies which, in accordance with the Church-sanction norms of discernment, appear likely or at least possibly authentic). We just saw one of these reasons play out before our eyes. And I hope that my Protestant brethren who realize that, indeed, we are living in Apocalyptic times, will now shun secular messianism and realize that Trump was (and is) no savior. Jesus alone can save us from the mess our world is now in: a mess far uglier than ever witnessed before in history.

I wanted to write this brief post in order to reassure my readers that what the genuine prophetic consensus holds is certain to come about, and we must not let some failed “prophecies” distract us from that fact. That is to say: Biblical Chastisements are imminent, to be followed by the Glorious Era of Peace. Just how severe and prolonged the Chastisements are, however, depends upon our response. If we laze about in our sin and error, and remain attached to the sad old era that, with each passing day, becomes more and more a mere memory, then the Chastisements that have — in part — already begun, will only be extended and rendered more severe. If, on the other hand, we repent, become saints, live in the Divine Will, pray like never before, evangelize, and Proclaim the Kingdom, then we will see the Dawn from On High break upon us very soon.

As I’ve said before, I don’t doubt that Trump was a “Katechon” of sorts (though not the Katechon), serving — despite his faults — as one “restrainer” to the power of the evil one seeking to further establish the Infrastructure of the Antichrist through the nefarious global elite. And I do think that now, with Trump gone, the New World Order folks will find fewer obstacles in the way of their dark agenda; so, sadly, I think, we can expect the times now before us to see a swift and serious uptick in the purification, persecution, and chastisements. This is not to mention that now — as in early November when I first made this observation — the world is rejoicing, and all seem to be saying “peace and security,” as if begging for the Chastisements to formally begin even more explicitly (for what a lie it is to say “there is peace and security” when the greatest genocide in history, abortion, continues unabated). In fact, the stock market just hit yet another all time record.

When people say, “There is peace and security,” then sudden destruction will come upon them as travail comes upon a woman with child, and there will be no escape.” – 1 Thessalonians 5:3

(For the record, “Lady Gaga” is not someone I would ordinarily deem worth writing about; but Biden chose her to sing the Anthem at the inauguration)

“People of God, pray: the events will not delay, the mystery of iniquity [Antichrist] will appear in the absence of the Katechon.” (cf. II Thess 2,3-4).” — St. Michael the Archangel to Luz de Maria.

That alleged prophecy was given to Luz de Maria on November 4, 2020; the day after the election.

Let us, therefore, only redouble the fervor with which we respond to Heaven’s Messages.

I conclude this post with the following message (abridged, though still lengthy) of Jesus to the Servant of God Luisa Piccarreta, given 89 years ago this month, and, considering the emphasized portion, with the reminder that the greatest crime in the world is abortion — and the most godless of all leaders are those who condone it:

[Luisa says:] I felt worried by the thought:  “How will this Kingdom of the Divine Will ever be able to come?  Sin abounds, evils get worse… If God does not Operate a Prodigy of His Omnipotence, the Kingdom of the Divine Fiat may be in Heaven, but as for the earth, it is useless to think about it.”  But while I was thinking of this and other things, my beloved Jesus, making His usual visit to my soul, told me:

“My daughter, everything is possible for Us.  The impossibilities, the difficulties, the insurmountable obstacles of creatures melt before Our Supreme Majesty like snow in front of a burning Sun.  Everything is in whether We want it; all the rest is nothing.  Did the same not happen in Redemption?  Sin abounded more than ever; only a small group of people was awaiting the Messiah, and in the midst of this group, how many hypocrisies, how many sins of all kinds-they were often idolatrous.  But it was decreed that I was to come upon earth.  In the face of Our Decrees, all evils cannot prevent what We want to do. …Now, just as My Coming upon earth was Our Decree, so is Our Decree the Kingdom of Our Will upon earth; even more, it can be said that one and the other are one single Decree, and having carried out the First Act of this Decree, We are to carry out the Second. … at most We [The Holy Trinity] take time, and We make Our Way in the midst of their evils in order to dispose them.

It is true that the times are sad; the peoples themselves are tired, they see all the ways closed to them, they can find no way out even for the necessary natural means; the oppressions, the demands of the leaders are unbearable-just penalty, since they have elected as leaders godless men, of evil life, without a just right to be leaders, who deserved a prison more than the right of regime.  Many thrones and empires have been overthrown, and those few that are left are all vacillating and about to be overthrown.  So, the earth will remain almost without kings, in the hands of iniquitous men.  Poor peoples, poor children of Mine-under the regime of men without pity, without heart, and without the grace to be able to act as guides for their subjects.

The nations will continue to fight against one another-some by war, some by revolution, among themselves and against My Church.  They have a fire in their midst that devours them, that gives them no Peace, and they can give no Peace.  It is the fire of sin, and the fire of acting without God that gives them no Peace; and they will never make Peace if they do not call God into their midst, as regime and bond of Union and of Peace.  And I let them do, and I will make them touch with their own hands what it means to act without God.

But this does not prevent the Kingdom of My Supreme Fiat from coming; this is all creature’s stuff, of the low world, that My Power knocks down and disperses whenever it wants, and it makes the most serene Sky and the most refulgent Sun arise from the storm.

We, with Infinite Wisdom, will abound with Graces, with Light, with Helps, with surprising Means, so that they may let the Kingdom of My Will Reign in their midst.  Therefore, let Me do; when it is your Jesus that has told you this, that’s enough-it is as though already done.  All evils and all creatures together have no power and no right over Our Will, nor can they prevent a single Act of Our Will, wanted by Decrees of Our Wisdom.”

Preempting the Purge

Now that a few unelected billionaire Big-Tech CEOs have decided they have the right to censor the President of the United States of America, to the point of even deleting accounts that the latter spent years building up so as to use as his primary way of reaching the very people who elected him, it should be obvious to everyone that the present purge (that is, the purge of ideas that dare contradict the mainstream narrative) is well past the point of no return. Big Tech’s pathetic excuse — that this censorship is necessary to “avoid violence” — is transparent as glass. The American President could, with the push of a button, wipe out much of the world’s population. And we cannot even allow him to tweet?

[Note: For the sake of more quickly getting to the point, I removed a couple paragraphs that were here but were not essential for the article.]

Indeed, the excuses given will change, but the reality of what is transpiring will likely only grow more severe. The Purge is coming for you, it’s coming for me, and it would be naïve to pretend otherwise. The Purge, however, is not actually about Trump, or election fraud, or Coronavirus, or some other ideas being outlawed by today’s thought police. The Purge, rather, is just another part of the laying down of the Infrastructure of the Antichrist, and soon this Infrastructure will be used for the real purpose of The Purge: to de-facto outlaw the dissemination of Christianity; particularly the moral law, and especially Catholicism.

There are a few steps that would be wise to take right now in order to preempt some of the damage that The Purge will do.

First:

Now might be a great time to simply delete your social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). (Edit: My suggestion here is more directed to those who are in the habit of using social media to get their information, as opposed to those who use it primarily for spreading truth.) But, at the minimum, whatever information you now rely on social media for, make sure you know how to get it elsewhere. Write down the actual URLs of websites you should consult to try to get an accurate assessment of what is transpiring in the world. There is no website you can rely on to always give you the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth… but, in doing your own research, I recommend:

  • www.CatholicNewsAgency.com and www.NCRegister.com
  • Be very careful with this website; it sometimes contains trash and nonsense (and please have an adblocker running before visiting, as they sometimes run salacious advertisements), and it focuses far too heavily on financial matters, but it also often contains important perspectives that you’ll never find on mainstream sources: www.ZeroHedge.com
  • www.NationalReview.com
  • www.FoxNews.com (Tucker Carlson, specifically, often produces gems)
  • www.DrudgeReport.com (I don’t like this site now, and I didn’t before it turned liberal either, but it’s still a useful tool for research)
  • The British Tabloids (e.g. Daily Mail, Express, The Sun), are often great at getting to the heart of the matter in a few short words, and even addressing matters that are too “politically incorrect” for American media to discuss. But the websites are disgusting, filled with trash and gossip alongside the solid reporting, and invariably contain borderline pornographic sidebar images. Whenever possible, use www.outline.com, an adblocker, or some similar service, so you can see just the text of the story itself without all the horrendous advertisements.

(Note: there are, of course, many wonderful sources of Catholic Commentary and prophetic material online — especially Countdown to the Kingdom, which I contribute to and heartily endorse — which are not listed above. But my purpose here is just to list bonafide news sources, hence the absence of those sources from this list.)

Websites, too, will soon be censored; but this will likely take longer than social media censorship. If you want the administrators of a given website to be able to reach you once they themselves are censored, then subscribe to their updates with your email address. Of course, eventually emails will be censored also; but that will take even longer. (UPDATE: I’ve been receiving reports of even email lists being censored; and, of course, “Parler” has just been taken off of the web. Unfortunately it looks like this nefarious agenda is moving forward even more rapidly than I thought it would. It appears the long-prophesied events really are at the very doorstep.)

In doing your own research, don’t just dig for information on whatever you want to hear that plays into the narrative you yourself have chosen. The mainstream narrative is often the worst, yes, but sometimes it’s correct, also! Either way, we mustn’t fight fire with fire. So, instead of becoming just another ideologue by choosing a political/conspiratorial/cultural “tribe” to tow the line of, come what may, rather spend an equal amount of time reading the best arguments on both sides of potentially controversial issues. Want to get to the bottom of some internationally meaningful, divisive issue? Check what multiple countries are saying about it. Check out the propaganda from all sides. For the Russian propaganda, see www.RT.com. See www.apnews.com. Also check out Al-Jazeera, BBC., www.France24.com , www.thegatewaypundit.com , www.jpost.com.   Give everything the smell test, the reason test, and above all the prayer test.

Far more important, however, than trying to “figure out” the issues of the day, is not allowing yourself to become absorbed in news, or become at all distracted from what is essential. What today seems pressing will, tomorrow, be old news, and your job remains becoming a saint, proclaiming the Divine Mercy, and proclaiming the Divine Will. Soon you’ll be dead, and you’ll then know all the answers to the questions you now pour so much time and effort into trying to figure out while neglecting to save and sanctify your soul and the souls of others.

Second:

Be aware of the fact that Google’s algorithms are not designed to bring you to the truth; they are designed to emphasize and discover the results that Google wants you to see. Try to rely less on Googling every question you have, and more on pausing to think about where exactly the best answer to that question would be directly found. Then, proceed to consult that resource, and try to find the information in there. (Remember what you learned in grade school about how to do research, before there was Google?). Obviously such a scrupulous approach is not necessarily called for with trivial questions (e.g. What is the weather forecast, what is the capital of Texas), but it’s very important with potentially controversial questions.

Similarly, what shows up as “trending” on social media is not what is actually trending; it’s what Facebook/Twitter want you to think is trending. Want to know what’s actually trending? Know real people, and talk to real people, in real life. Be a part of a real community. Have friends. Go out for a walk… without a mask on, so that you can actually smile at people and connect with them as a human being.

The Internet still can help with this; to that end, the clunkier the web page, the better. Craigslist has been one of the few hold outs against the domination of the Big-Tech overlords. https://craigslist.org/ They even have forums there where you can connect with real people in your own area, without having your thoughts policed by Mark Zuckerberg or Jack Dorsey! (Though I will caution: I’ve never used those forums, and I would imagine there’s plenty of filth on there, so tread carefully.) Beyond a few realms of freedom left on the web, email is still your best bet. Have small groups of faithful, trustworthy, honest, devout souls you can discuss matters with via email, even if you lack regular access to such groups in person.

Third:

To the end of consulting specific resources instead of relying on Google for everything, try to have on your own hard drive, the answers to as many questions as possible.

  1. Download the Wikipedia database. Here is the page with all of the database downloads. You’ll need the kiwix program to open these database files. As there are tons of options on the page, however, I’ll just link directly here what you’ll likely be most interested in:
    1. The entire Wikipedia itself — pictures and all. Note; this is a huge file (80 gigabytes)
    2. The entire Wikipedia database without pictures (half the size)
  2. Have some older encyclopedias on hand. Whatever modernism, or political correctness, has touched is much safer to look up in an older encyclopedia, if your question is such that an older encyclopedia might have the answer.
    1. Click here to download the entire 1911 Encyclopedia Britannica
    2. Click here to download the entire 1913 Catholic Encyclopedia
  3. Preparedness-related PDFs
    1. A few more preparedness related PDFs that I found:  (one, two, and three
  4. If you use gmail, or any google product, be sure to export/download all of your data. You can easily do this at www.takeout.google.com Export/download all of your data on any other online service you use, if doing so is possible. Make sure you have — downloaded to your hard drive — whatever programs are needed to open the files your data is exported into. Search for programs on www.downloads.com
  5. Archive anything from a given truth-telling website that you want to be sure you’ll continue to have access to in the future. Don’t trust the Internet Archive (the “Wayback Machine”) to always be there for you: it won’t be. There’s an easy trick for quickly and seamlessly archiving large amounts of material from the internet that few are aware of: Get the “Firefox” internet browser and install the “DownThemAll” add-on. This enables you to, with a click of a button, download all the material that is linked to within every single hyperlink showing up on a given page you are visiting. This is great for archiving the content on a website that has a “Sitemap” of sorts, which collects many links to much of the site’s material in one specific page. But even if there is nothing like a Sitemap for the web page you want to archive, no worries. Just, using Firefox, do a Google Search of that website for the type of material you want to archive. Let’s say, for example, that you want to archive everything that ZeroHedge published about Coronavirus and Fauci. Simply do a Google search for the following:   site:zerohedge.com coronavirus fauci. Be sure to adjust your settings to show as many results on one page as possible (Click Settings, Search Settings, and increase the slider all the way up to 100+) Now, go through each page of search results that show up, and use DownThemAll (just right click anywhere on the page, and select that option) to archive all of those pages to your hard drive. This will take a little getting used to, but it’s pretty easy after a few minutes of doing so.

Running low on hard drive space? Don’t succumb to the constant flow of advertisements demanding that you subscribe to some “cloud” service. That just amounts to giving them your information and paying an exorbitant fee for it.Something like this hard drive will store all the information you could possibly ever need; you’ll then have the information in your own possession, and you won’t have to pay monthly fees to continue to own it.

You don’t need Google to search your own hard drive for material! The methods I here advise will, of course, quickly cause you to have quite a library stored up on your computer. As you acquire them, organize your downloads carefully by topic/source, using as many folders as need be, and beyond that make frequent use of your computer’s built-in search functionality. Remember that you can search specific folders within your computer, and you can set your search to either search within documents, or just search the document’s names. Sometimes, compiling a huge amount of the htm files you’ve downloaded into one .txt file will be helpful for searching. You can use something called TXTCollector to do that. This will quickly generate enormous TXT files, though, that Word/Notepad/etc. will struggle with. So you’ll want a nifty program called THEGUN to open these huge files and control+f search them.

Fourth:

The most absolutely important things should not merely be on your hard drive, but should be in your possession as physical ink on physical paper. First and foremost, of course, would be the Bible, and the Catechism. Don’t be without those.  I also recommend printing out Luisa’s Volumes. If you’re worried about your printing abilities, now would be a good time to (if you can afford it), purchase a monochrome (black) laser printer, some extra toner (generic!), and a bunch of printer paper. Printing on your own is quite cheap if you do it shrewdly. I also recommend having on hand (physically):

  • Maps of your local vicinity. There are usually racks of these for sale at local convenience stores.
  • Your important contacts: name, physical address, phone number, and email address. Download them and print them out! Google will have no problem censoring your own contacts list on gmail if they feel so inclined.
  • A physical phone book (remember those things?)
  • Home health care information
  • Any of the preparedness information above that you find most helpful
  • Any information that, for whatever reason, your or your family direly need frequent access to. Rack your brain to consider what this might consist of.

The Purge, however, is not just about censorship; it’s also about surveillance. Therefore:

Fifth:

I do not believe we are yet at the point where we need to begin getting rid of technology that could possibly spy on us; though that time may well be coming soon. Instead, we should continue to use these things to better evangelize! However, for sensitive matters, don’t trust your electronic devices. If you need to discuss something that you want to be certain is not heard by Big Tech, then only have such conversations in scenarios wherein it is impossible for what you say to be monitored.

  1. Turn off your phones. You can’t trust Airplane Mode. I’d recommend removing the battery as well (there’s no reason to trust that your phone is truly fully off when you turn it off, if it still has access to the voltage of the battery), but that can’t easily be done with most of today’s phones (gee, I wonder why!). So, if you must be near your phone and cannot remove the battery while having a sensitive conversation, make sure it’s in a container that serves as a “faraday cage.” A faraday cage blocks wireless communications from entering inside of it or exiting it, depending upon the geometry of the cage and the wavelength of a signal; so, in a faraday cage, it’s impossible for your phone to transmit anything to anyone. Your microwave oven, for example, is a faraday cage that allows visible light through, but not — you guessed it — microwaves.  This might work for your phone; to test it out, just put your phone in there and try to call it; if it can’t receive a call, the faraday cage effect worked; if it can, then the cage didn’t work. Test also to see if it can access wifi/bluetooth signals; you need all wireless communication options blocked. If it didn’t work, then try another metal box; even a shoe box wrapped in aluminum foil.  You should also physically prevent your microphone from being sufficiently capable of picking up your conversation; e.g. placing it in a sock (your refrigerator might also suffice), so that it cannot store what audio it hears only to transmit it once it does have access to a wireless connection. Here also, do your own testing: set your phone to record, put it where you would keep it during a sensitive conversation, and then speak. Afterwards, review the recording to see what it picked up (crank up the volume to the maximum).
    1. If you still want your family to be able to contact you even while you are ensuring you’re not being monitored, then having a secondary phone — a “dumb phone” — in no way attached to any of your existing digital accounts/services, would be wise. Only share that number with a few you trust, and only use it for emergencies.
    2. Need to discuss something but don’t have access to any of things I recommend above? Well, turn off your phone, and sit on it.
  2. Phones are the biggest problem, but it’s not just them that are potentially problematic. Smart TVs, Computers, Chromebooks, “Smart” devices in your home (e.g. Echo dots/Google nests), Security Cameras, and similar devices, can all listen to and transmit what they “hear” or “see,” if they are equipped with the requisite hardware.
  3. If you don’t want Big Tech to know where you are going, then be sure to keep your phone (and anything else trackable; e.g. EZ-Pass) off and in a faraday cage when you drive somewhere. (Even if it’s just some aluminum foil wrapped around a small bag, that’s better than nothing). Just be aware that your phone only needs one moment connected to a signal for your location to be known.
  4. Don’t stress, however, about the more wild theories out there which ascribe quasi-magical abilities to Big Tech. If any given electronic device lacks the hardware capability to do something, then Big Tech can’t force it to do that something. For example, a computer that has no wifi card or other wireless capabilities, and is not plugged in to an internet connection, cannot have what is done within it monitored remotely. (Of course, be aware of the fact that anything on that computer can be accessed once the computer is hooked up to some network). Big Tech cannot (and never will be able to) read your mind. Big Tech cannot fit a functional wireless-capable microchip inside a hypodermic needle. Big Tech cannot control you with 5G. Big Tech cannot activate some device that has no power going into it (i.e. not plugged in) and no way to store power (i.e. no battery).

Sixth:

When communicating with others, don’t be paranoid about Big Tech overhearing your discussions with your sister about your favorite recipes (do you really think anyone cares?). But, when you must communicate sensitive information, don’t just blindly trust the “secure” icon that might show up on some web pages you visit or on some emails you send/receive. Those mean little. At best, they only help gauge the degree of safety you have against hackers or other third parties trying to steal your data. They tell you nothing useful at all when the enemy is the very one running the software you are using and putting those icons in place! Instead,

  1. Many are under the impression that conversing on phones is always the safe way to go. Although in some respects and in some cases that is safer than email, I do not think this is always true (particularly if you leave a voicemail); speech-to-text software is too advanced; and once your speech has been translated into text, that can easily be fed into further software to raise a red flag if you dare discuss censored topics. Image-to-text software (OCR) is not as precise, when using a fancy font. Therefore:
  2. If you must discuss sensitive topics via email and you have reason to be concerned about surveillance, I recommend typing your email into a program that is not connected to the internet. Put what you type in a fancy font, something like this (EDIT: That was supposed to show up in a calligraphy font, but WordPress isn’t showing it; I am sure you know what I’m advising, though!), and then take a screenshot of it. I prefer to use Greenshot; it’s extremely easy to use it to press a button on your keyboard, which then allows you to click and drag over what you want to take a screenshot of. Then just paste that screenshot into your email, and send it.
    1. You should use a benign sounding subject line text; something like “Check out what I cooked for dinner!” (though not that exactly, now that I’ve published it and I know that there are, unfortunately, a few evil people reading my blog), and the body of the email will just be the screenshot you took of the message you want to send. Delete it from your “sent” folder, then empty your trash, and be sure that your recipient knows to do the same. Don’t be in the habit of deleting everything in your inbox; that will just signal to Big Tech that they need to monitor what you delete (they’ll keep whatever data they want to keep, regardless of whether you think it’s been deleted and regardless of what promises they make). Save your deletions for things you don’t want seen along with a random assortment of meaningless things. (This, of course, isn’t a foolproof method, but it will help). Not even Big Tech has enough hard drive space to store everything, and they’ll discard images long before discarding text.
  3. Postal mail is safer still. Most flat mail is auto-scanned, however, so if you suspect your address might be on some sort of “list,” then you may wish to avoid placing your return address on the envelope.
  4. The most sensitive matters, of course, should be discussed in person with no technology “listening.”
  5. Generally speaking, for the most absolutely sensitive matters, you are better off using your strategic planning here on a meta-technological level, instead of trying to ensure safety and privacy within the very technologies themselves. For example, what good is encryption if those whom you do not want your information seen by get the encryption key? (The key, of course, must itself be entered by anyone who wants to view your message… which means the device they type it into, itself has access to the key). Data leaks are constantly exposing encryption keys, passwords, and all other manner of digital security. And what good is a supposedly more secure email provider if it still has to use the same telecom infrastructure that, ultimately, can be dominated by Google and Amazon? I’m not saying these methods don’t help — they do — but you’re much better off, with those things you really need secure, relying on methods that are impossible for Big Tech, et al, to reach.

Be “wise as serpents, innocent as doves,” as Our Lord admonishes (Matthew 10:16). So while, as it pertains to preparing ourselves for more Big-Tech censorship and surveillance, I’ve focused on the former in this post, let me end it with a reminder to give primacy to the latter, and reiterate what I said at the end of point 1.

What is coming soon upon this world is, in one sense, of a far greater magnitude than even the most “out there” conspiracy theorists suggest; since it is none other than the Biblical Chastisements spoken of in the Book of Revelation, which will purge the world of evil and allow the Glorious Era of Peace to dawn upon it. The only way we are going to make it though what is coming is through a miracle (or, rather, many miracles). So do not cut off your nose to spite your face: which is to say, since we must rely on miracles anyway, we mustn’t now let our prudential measures to secure safety, security, privacy, preparedness, etc., distract us from the very things that the miracle-giver Himself (God) has asked of us! Don’t, therefore, dare ever decrease the boldness of your witness, the zeal for evangelization, the dedication to sanctification, the tirelessness of your Proclamation of the Kingdom. Now is no time for retreat. It is time, rather, to charge
